Thank you for your interest in training with The Fresh Academy! All training classes include a very informative reference manual, made by Fele, to be used as a guide for offering the service. Estheticians, Cosmetologists, or Barbers who are licensed, in school to be licensed, or fresh out of school who want to expand their skillset and knowledge, or refresh what they already know, in beauty and esthetics can benefit from any of these courses. You’ll receive visual learning, hands-on training, and continuous support during and after training with me. The reference guides are also available to be purchased as well. See classes and manuals below. Deposits are non-refundable as they cover the included class kit. Please come to class with a model for the hands-on training, and so that the model can continue services with you. If you can not find a model, please let me know in advance so I can find someone for you. Please come dressed in scrubs as you will be providing services in the hands-on training.
Dermaplane Training
This hands-on training goes over the basics of performing a dermaplane facial. You’ll learn how to properly setup for a dermaplane facial, how to identify contraindications, step by step of the dermaplane facial, and aftercare for a dermaplane facial. This class includes an informative reference manual to be used as a guide, kit to start performing dermaplane facials, and a certificate of completion.

Fresh Facial Training
This is a hands-on comprehensive training that not only teaches how to perform a custom facial step by step for all skin types and concerns, but also skin analysis and client consultations, product knowledge, facial protocols, retaining facial clientele, and expectations and requirements in the treatment room such as infection control, sanitation, setup and breakdown. On the last day, you will have a clinic day to apply your skillset hands-on. Please click the link below for a full outline of the class. Brazilian Wax & Intimate Skincare Training
This hands-on training goes over the basics of performing a Brazilian wax in 15 minutes or less and Intimate Skincare. You’ll learn treatment room setup and breakdown for waxing, tips for creating a comfortable client experience, how to identify contraindications, and performing a quick, efficient, and comfortable Brazilian wax, as well as intimate skincare. This class includes an informative reference manual to be used as a guide, a kit to start performing services, and a certificate of completion.

Full Body Wax Training
This hands-on training goes over the ins and outs of performing a full body wax. You’ll learn treatment room setup and breakdown for waxing, how to perform skin analysis, identify contraindications to waxing, and performing a quick, efficient wax on any area of the body.
