  • What is the difference between the Stay Fresh Wax Pass, the Unlimited Fresh Wax Pass, and the Fresh Face Membership?

    Unlimited Stay Fresh Wax Pass

    If you're someone who would be interested in having your chosen service more than once a month, the Unlimited Stay Fresh Wax Pass is perfect if you prefer to wax more frequently: you simply pay a flat amount and enjoy a full year of unlimited visits for a single service. The Unlimited Stay Fresh Wax Pass is one price, one year, no restrictions.

    Our Stay Fresh Wax Pass is all about flexibility. Here's how it works: when you purchase a set of services at once, you’ll save up to 20% off the regular price of pay-as-you-go waxing.

    Plus, your Pre-Paid Wax Pass® never expires so you can use the services at your own pace and have confidence knowing you’re saving every single time.

    Fresh Face Membership

    Our Membership allows guests to enjoy 2 bi-weekly custom facials with one free facial add on (like dermaplane or microderm) with a choice of a free beauty, bodycare service, or wax!

  • What is your Wax Pass and Facial Pass cancellation policy?

    Should you decide to cancel your Wax Pass or Facial Pass within 14 days, your account balance will reflect the full price for visits you've already used and you will issued store credit for any remaining unused balance to go towards the full retail price on future services that coincide with the pass. If you were paying via installments then unpaid installments will not be charged.

    Should you decide to cancel after 14 days, there is a $15 cancellation fee, and your account balance will be adjusted to account for the full retail prices on the services you’ve already used. Unpaid installments will not be charged.

  • Can I transfer my Wax Pass or Facial Pass?

    Should you decide to transfer your package from one service to another, your account balance will reflect the full price for visits you've already used and issued credit for any remaining balance due toward your new Wax Pass or Facial Pass purchase. There is no fee for transferring a Pass.

    NOTE: Passes may not be transferred from one guest to another.

  • Can I spread my payments out overtime?

    Yes! You can pay in-full for your Wax and Facial Pass, or choose to pay in four equal installments (set up to charge automatically every month). Contact Fele for more details. freshfacebyfele@gmail.com

  • What is your Fresh Face Membership cancellation policy?

    Your membership purchase is not refundable. Cancel anytime. There is no fee to cancel your membership.
